Albert is the Singapore Head of Property Development in the real estate division of Keppel Corporation, a global asset manager and operator spanning the areas of infrastructure, real estate and connectivity. He joined the company in 2001 and has, at various times, headed Marketing, Asset Management, Investments, Partnerships and Ventures. In his various capacities prior to his current appointment, his portfolio encompassed Keppel’s assets across the region.

Albert has nearly 40 years of experience in real estate. Prior to joining Keppel, he was the CEO of a real estate services company, where he started practices in foreign property sales, real estate valuation, property management and investment sales. He started his career with the Housing and Development Board in 1985 as an Estates Officer.

Albert holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours) in Estate Management, both from the National University of Singapore. He is married with four grown-up children. He likes landscaping and collecting contemporary Chinese ink paintings, ceramics, vernacular South-East-Asian basketry, and hand-woven nomadic rugs.
