On April 18th, the top 250 Employers’ ranking was announced on Straits Times, and EM Services has proudly clinched the spot of number 226 out of 250 Singapore’s Best Employers in 2023.

Every company with over 200 employees working in the country is eligible to enter this league. Out of over 1,700 employers, only 250 employers who score high enough can earn the title of Singapore’s Best Employer. Employers were grouped into 27 industries varying from Construction, Engineering, Healthcare & Social, Education to Real Estate and many more. They also receive a calculated score based on direct and indirect recommendations and EM stands at 7.05 out of 10. The scores of the 250 awarded companies are above average and are part of the best 12 per cent of eligible companies in the initial list.
